I can’t believe my house sold already!
We put our house on the market last Monday evening late. I thought I had time to deal with the changes that were ahead. I didn’t. It sold 2 days later. So, now we have to be out by July 31.
Come on in for a final look…before packing takes place.
I was so upset when Joel called and said that the guy would be here in 3 hours to take pictures of our house. I had some final things I wanted to do….like try again to find something to put over my bed! I tried to convince him to wait one more day….He wouldn’t hear of it!
We had our bathroom painted a little darker shade a few months ago. I love it so much better. I never liked my tile with the lighter paint.
Zach is so excited about getting a new room…..and a dog. He is usually very sentimental like his mom about his things. But he hasn’t shown that side so far.
Oh, well! We were wanting to build a little bit bigger house. So now, we have some decisions to make very quickly. We were thinking we had time to work out all the details as we went. NOT!
We asked God for His will, and we are trusting that He will continue to lead us! But I will miss this little place that I have been able to call HOME for the past 5 years! :)

Happy Father’s Day to a Great Dad!
Zach and I decided that we would decorate a tie for Dad for Father’s Day. We found this nice tie at Ross for only $8.00---perfect for decorating for Dad! Zach wanted to make a box for his dad as well. Since Zach loves stuffed animals, he thought Dad would want a little bear in the box. Dad loved all of his gifts. In fact, he even wore it to church Sunday.
I am so thankful that God gave me a husband who is a wonderful father to our son!

What are Little Boys Made Of?
DiRt!
and MORE diRt!
The other day, Zach jumped on his tractor with a load of dirt digging treasures and headed for the back 40. Oh what fun! He dug and dug to his hearts content until it was time to head in for a nice shower. Picking up all those toys wasn’t half the fun of spreadin’ them out!
On a Drive Through Safari Adventure!
About a week ago, Joel took us along with him to Dallas so he could go to a couple auto auctions. We were able to relax a couple of days. We went to a drive through safari where we saw many exciting animals! Zach and Daddy loves driving through and feeding the animals!
These dear ole’ giraffes just stood in the middle of the road like statues just looking at us. I’m sure you can guess what happened next. I’m just glad they didn’t plant their hooves down in the middle of our hood! :)
