We recently had a little snow…..well ice. Zach wanted to play in it right before we went to the store. I let him go out for a few minutes and snapped a few pictures.
Zach and his daddy built a snowman the day before. He told his dad, “Dad, he wooks just like you.” Joel looks like a snowman? Mmmmmm.
I haven’t started taking down Christmas decor inside yet. I’m thinking I’ll enjoy it until the weekend. I took the yard decor down this afternoon. Joel came home early and finished taking down the icicles and porch garlands. Although I didn’t want to take it down, I feel good that it’s done.
One of my greatest blessings is this little guy that was given to me a few years ago. He brings so much joy to my life every day! I am so thankful God chose me to be his mommy. I look forward to spending a great 2011 with him.
“Mom take a picture of my painting.” So here goes. He was fixing lots of envelopes for his daddy. I’m not quite sure if they were delivered or not. They do say it’s the thought that counts.
Zach enjoyed opening his presents on Christmas morning.
When asked what was his favorite thing about Christmas, he replied “I love to open presents. It is cool and really fun.” He also loved going to Branson, “Nissouri” and watching the Dutton’s. Spending the night at Nana’s was another fun part of Christmas to him.
Zach enjoyed dipping a few pretzels today. It is so much fun to see Christmas through a 4 year olds eyes. Thank the Lord for giving me the best boy in the world. I love him.
