I can’t believe my house sold already!

 house 2012 20

We put our house on the market last Monday evening late.  I thought I had time to deal with the changes that were ahead.  I didn’t.  It sold 2 days later.  So, now we have to be out by July 31.

Come on in for a final look…before packing takes place.

I was so upset when Joel called and said that the guy would be here in 3 hours to take pictures of our house.  I had some final things I wanted to do….like try again to find something to put over my bed!  I tried to convince him to wait one more day….He wouldn’t hear of it!

We had our bathroom painted a little darker shade a few months ago.  I love it so much better.  I never liked my tile with the lighter paint.

Zach is so excited about getting a new room…..and a dog.  He is usually very sentimental like his mom about his things.  But he hasn’t shown that side so far.

Oh, well!  We were wanting to build a little bit bigger house.  So now, we have some decisions to make very quickly.  We were thinking we had time to work out all the details as we went.  NOT!

We asked God for His will, and we are trusting that He will continue to lead us!  But I will miss this little place that I have been able to call HOME for the past 5 years!  :)

This home is lovely, but I'm sure you will create an equally nice "Home Sweet Home" wherever you end up. Good luck on packing, moving & all the decisions in between.

:O Everything looks very elegant inside out, Jennifer. Not to mention the two red kitchen mats in the kitchen, they surely look beautiful! :) Anyone would be dazzled by the heavenly interior design of this house. The new homeowners must be so happy to live in this house.

Congratulations, Jennifer. I'm impressed with your design. Everything looks classy and gorgeous, especially the bathroom and the kitchen. Well, decorating one's own house is fine as long as he/she has a background in interior design and/or has a passion for it (which is what really matters most).

That was a quick sale! I guess the buyer instantly fell in love with your beautiful home. I can’t blame them. Your home looks magnificent. It is like a classy upstate house in the countryside. Everything about your former house is classy and sophisticated. I think you did a very fine job of designing your home. And that made it attractive to the buyer.
