Mom….you have any GRAPES?

One of Zach’s favorite saying lately has been….."Mom, you have any grapes?”  So I  answer, “No, Zach!  I don’t have any grapes.” Mind you, he knows exactly when to ask this question……like when he’s getting in trouble.  He may change it to something like….”Mom, you don’t have any grapes?”  He may even say it to someone else….. “My mom don’t have any grapes.” or “My mom have to buy some  grapes.”  What a silly boy! 

On the way home, I had an AM station on that had quite a bit of static and the wipers were on fiercely wiping away the ton of rain that fell this evening.  Zach said, “Mom, turn it off. (the radio)   It’s making too much noise."

On your Mark, get set, CLEAN!

On Saturday, I had so much to do after a week of work, and I had so much to do to prepare for Sunday.  I was overwhelmed.  So, I got Zach entertained and set the timer for 30 minutes to see how much I could get done.  Well, this is what I accomplished!  (Don’t you like the reflection of the me and the camera?)I folded and put away 2 loads of laundry.  I even hung a fresh new hand towel in the bathroom! 

As usual, I had to stop to take care of my 3 year old’s needs.  I had to open a package of Pringles….. and put away a pair of Dad’s shoes…..  and pick up all of these little trains as well as put all of the little shelves back in the “Thomas fridge”.  Boy, that is a tedious job in itself!       Then off I headed to the kitchen to pledge all of my kitchen counters(and appliances)  and put a new bag in the garbage can.  Wow, you can get a lot done in 30 minutes.

I thought this was a cute picture off of Jamie’s facebook of the 3 little munchkins.   I decided it was worth sharing.   I think these 3 give Marci and Misty a run for their money……but, they keep on trying.
